AI-Driven Concept Video – Personalizing the In-Flight Experience
This concept video simulates how British Airways could use artificial intelligence to personalize the in-flight safety experience. Rather than presenting a static prototype, the video explores a future scenario where the safety briefing dynamically adapts to each passenger through AI — adjusting tone, language, and visual elements.
The project also highlights how AI can support designers in translating abstract ideas into compelling visual narratives, accelerating creativity and opening new possibilities in user-centered storytelling.
Creative Process
This concept video was created to simulate how British Airways could integrate AI to deliver personalized in-flight safety experiences. I led the entire creative direction, combining 3D design, AI-powered visuals, and motion graphics into a cohesive speculative scenario.
-
1 Research & Moodboarding
I started by gathering visual references and building a moodboard to define the overall mood and user journey.
2 Concept Development with AI & ChatGPT
To shape the story and visual direction, I used ChatGPT to refine my creative prompts, brainstorm ideas, and translate abstract concepts into a clear narrative. Using AI tools like FLUX and Google Image 4, I created early visual explorations to support storytelling and mood.
3 3D Scene Creation with Blender & AI Enhancement
I modeled a simplified airplane cabin and a human figure using Blender, created renders, and then enhanced them with AI to reach a photorealistic look and feel, combining the precision of 3D with the creativity of generative tools.
4 Post-production
The AI-enhanced images were edited in Photoshop to fine-tune composition and color balance. I then generated short video sequences with Hailuo Minimax 2 and upscaled the final outputs for better resolution.
5 Sound Design with AI
All voiceovers, sound effects, and music were created using AI tools, mainly from Freepik and other open platforms.
6 Final Editing
Everything was assembled and animated in After Effects, resulting in a concept video that explores how AI can assist designers at every stage, from ideation to production.
